Best Western Bridge Hotel Lyon East

Arrived early but they found a room for us ahead of time. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Area around the pool was nice to sit out in the sunshine. Restaurant on site, although we did not eat there. Pool was not open until June, but I am sure it will be lovely when it is. Some lovely old villages in the surrounding area

An exceptional hotel. The manager was lovely - very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a fantastic view from the balcony in the bedroom - could see the swimming pool and the river. The decor in the hotel was modern and tasteful. We were served drinks around the swimming pool and this was very welcome after driving from the north of France. Although there isn't a restaurant at the hotel, the manager booked us into the restaurant next to the hotel - this was excellent and highly recommended. I'd love to come back to this hotel and spend a little more time here.

We booked a family room 2 adults and 2 children and it was exactly what we needed for a one night stop on the way to a ski holiday. Hotel and rooms clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and were incredibly helpful when we were asking about routes and timings for the rest of our journey. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast/evening bar area was great for us. We were surprised with how nice it was for a good value stop.

Very comfortable bed, room, hair dryer to dry clothes after we arrived wet through on our bikes. Delicious breakfast. Great proximity via stairs to cycle path. Brilliant stay & very helpful staff. Many thanks, Bruce & Joy Crabtree.
